So this is me. My full name is Malgorzata but I generally go by Gosia, which is my short name. I was born in Elblag, Poland in August, 1977.
For the first 15 years of my life I lived in Elblag in the residential area called Zawada on the sixth floor of the huge apartment complex. For 8 years, I attended a Primary Musical School. At this time, I never expected my life to unfold the way it did. It goes to prove, we can never take anything in life for granted, nor can we predict what is going to happen on the next day. Life is a mysterious journey. click HERE for more photos of my hometown Elblag click HERE for the photos of other Polish cities
For the next 7 years I lived at Wiejska street right here in the white building on the right. I attended high school having ordinary teenage dilemmas and dreaming of seeing New York.

When I was 19, I went to the English Teachers Training College in Elblag, Poland-I graduated with a bachelor degree after 3 years. I did not intend to become a teacher but studying English fascinated me a lot so I decided to enter the college in order to deepen my language skills. It was a rather boring 3 years.
At the age of 22 I excitedly left to the United States to work as an au-pair for a year. For various reasons, I did not make it a full year. I applied for a tourist visa and I stayed in the USA working as a waitress for 9 months and enjoying an american life. In September 2001 I began nomadic lifestyle living for a year in different locations such as Ohio, Nevada, and Canada travelling around and having all kinds of adventures. It was one of the most exciting times in my life so far.
In January 2003, I left to Brisbane, Australia, to study Religious Studies program at the University of Queensland. I received a bachelor of arts degree in December 2005. I had a time of my life there studying at the beautiful university and experiencing easygoing Australia.
