CANCUN, MEXICO

Cancun is a heaven for tourists. This fact has its good points as well as bad. What I personally did not like about this city was that it lacked real Mexican flavour. It did not actually feel like it was Mexico. It was simply another version of the american city on the Mexican ground. Apart from that it is a fun place to be if one loves anything to do with water activities. And color of the ocean is truly unique-nothing I have ever seen so far during any of my travels.

Cancun,Mexico As it turned out, we failed the test. It is not easy as I thought it would be and I had hard time with the breathing aparatus.
Cancun,Mexico Our instructor suggested we do some snorkeling instead.	Cancun,Mexico On the way to to dive/snorkel spot, we have a chance to admire some of the greatest Cancun resorts from the side of the ocean.	Cancun,Mexico The resorts are really luxurious and look like great ocean castles.

Snorkeling is interesting but as it turned out, I got sea sick while doing it so we had to stop the whole adventure and wait for the others on the boat. What can I say, I feel like a loser! Cancun,Mexico He is definitely having one.	Cancun,Mexico On the last day of the trip I go to the beach to have a last look at the beautiful color of the water.	Cancun,Mexico They sky is cloudy but even then the water looks amazing.
Cancun,Mexico I must say I cannot believe the color is real. It looks like it is taken straight from the catalogue where they brush up the colors to make pictures more attractive.	Cancun,Mexico It is all real though and I keep rubbing my eyes to see whether the water really has the color that I am seeing.	Cancun,Mexico I even go close to it to see what it consists of to make it look so fresh greenblue.
Cancun,Mexico Of course, I find no answers since I am not a biologist so I simply lay down and keep admiring the beauty spreading in front of my eyes.	Cancun,Mexico Suddenly, the sun comes out and the color changes to even more heavenly blue.	Cancun,Mexico Truly unreal..
Cancun,Mexico The water is almost milky at the shore..so much that the darker colored people look like they are entirely black.	Cancun,Mexico After a short swim, time to get back to reality.	Cancun,Mexico No way i am leaving Mexico without a Mexican hat.
